In a collaborative professional environment where many people must work together to accomplish a common goal, a graduate of Indiana Techs Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership can flourish. Designed for experienced adult learners, this degree will help develop graduates who can see the big picture of their company, relevant to growth, profitability and organizational change, as well as have the ability to understand and interpret the companys mission and strategic plan. The program will help develop intuitive and informed decision-makers who can then lead others toward the companys goals.
