Indiana Techs Entrepreneurial Studies Undergraduate Certificate program provides students with the knowledge and skills required to think like an entrepreneur. It will introduce resources that will help identify opportunities, develop growth plans and solve problems—whether students want to open their own business or help an existing business innovate and grow. Topics include exploring entrepreneurship, marketing, and evaluating start-up potential, and business planning. Recognize and evaluate business opportunities Understand the role of the target market in designing product, price, promotion, and distribution strategies Evaluate the start-up potential of a business idea Identify critical elements of new venture financing Think analytically, creatively, and strategically—skills that are needed in every industry and organization
