Qualifications of Instructors:

Daren Hobbs, Instructor, has 8 years welding experience and has completed our MIG welding course and is certified in the process.Samuel Comstock, Instructor, has 7years welding experience and has completed our MIG welding course and is certified in the process.

Program Description:

The Gas Metal Arc Welding Basic course GMAW (MIG) is recommended for the student interested in developing the skills required for employment in the manufacturing industry. The course provides students with entry level skills in gas metal arc welding. Upon completion of the program, each student will receive a completion certificate. The program also includes AWS certification testing. This course will teach you the basics of Flux Cored Arc Welding, proper safety, and equipment operations. The goal is to add employability as a production MIG & FLUX CORED welder. Upon completion of the program, each student will receive a completion certificate. The program also includes AWS certification testing.
