In this course, you will acquire the skills you need to pass the Automotive Service Excellence certification test in brakes. You'll learn about how to diagnose and repair hydraulic systems, drum brakes, disc brakes, power assist units, miscellaneous systems (pedal linkage, wheel bearings, parking brakes, etc.), and electronic brake control systems.In particular, you'll learn how to diagnose and repair:Hydraulic systems Drum brakes Disc brakes Power assist units Miscellaneous systems (pedal linkage, wheel bearings, parking brakes, etc.)Electronic brake control systems (antilock brakes, traction control, electronic stability control)After passing the certification test and providing proof of two years of relevant work experience, you will become ASE certified.
