Examples of education and experience include, but are not limited to, certificates and/or degrees from postsecondary institutions; certifications from industry-recognized agencies, and practical work experience in, or in a field closely related to, the career fields the program prepares students to enter. MedCerts confirms each training staff members academic background and work experience to ensure they are qualified to teach in the program.

This program provides comprehensive training for students who wish to prepare for the two exams that make up the A+ Certification (A+ 220-1001 and A+ 220-1002). In this program students will gain the skills and knowledge necessary to perform the following tasks on personal computer hardware and operating systems: installing, PC building, system upgrades, repair system configuration, troubleshooting, problem diagnosis, and preventative maintenance. Upon completion of this program, students will be prepared for international, vendor-neutral certification in a growing and in-demand field.
