Our program faculty members possess not only certifications in what they teach,but they have actual hands-on experience in networking and other phases of IT- services. Our faculty has an extensive background in helpdesk and teaching hard to employ, first-time employed persons,and other support rendering services that will benefit future technicians greatly.

Students should have at least an A+ certification or demonstratable prior- computer experience and competencies. Student/Technicians s should be self-starters and able to operate independently with minimal supervision required and they should also be able to strategized methods of providing the services they have been trained to implement.

The Online Network+ program has open enrollment with new classes beginning at 6 week-intervals.
