If you do not meet the qualifications, you may earn an Associate CISSP by ISC2. Upon completion of your certification exam, you will receive your CISSP or Associate CISSP certification. The ITIL training covers: IT Service Management, Processes, and Functions, the RACI model, covering the five core disciplines of Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operations, and Continual Service Improvement.
