Workplace Specialist II License
Students learn basic aspects of carpentry, construction calculation, post frame construction, electrical wiring, site planning, roofing, and exterior finish. Students also study code requirement, blueprint reading, use of framing square and transit. Students make use of math skills for squaring for footers applying siding, and ordering materials for the construction project.
Students must be enrolled in one of the schools aligned with Hoosier Hills Career Center
Appications are made in the spring prior to fall semester beginning.
