Welding Technology includes classroom and labroatory expereince that develop a variety of skills int he welding processes. Gas Metal Arc Welding, Flux Cored Arc Welding, Gas Tungsten Arc Welding, Plasma Cutting and Carbon Arc Gouging. Students also learn OSHA 10 safety, blueprint reading, electrical principles, welding symbols, and mechanical drawing.
Students must be enrolled in one of the high school programs that feed into Hoosier Hills Career Center.
Prior to the start of the school year in the fall students must complete an application for enrollment and have signatures of parents.
