Many small businesses are started by entrepreneurs who create a business to meet a need in the marketplace. Ivy Tech Community College's Entrepreneurship program prepares individuals to create new ventures, write and implement a business plan, and grow a small business. Students will study topics that will help them start a small business and take it to the next level.This Technical Certificate in Entrepreneurship program (TC) is designed to prepare the student to open and run a small business. It places greater emphasis on foundational skills for business management than the Certificate in Entrepreneurship (CT).
