Must have 20+ years in Organizational Leadership as well as hold a MOS certification.
This course covers five modules to help students develop skills as leaders in the workplace that are four hours each. The five modules include: Communicating for Leadership Success, Resoloving Workplace Conflict, Delegating with Purpose, Coaching for Peak Performance, and Setting Goals and Reviewing Results.
We require that all students hold at least a HSE or High School Diploma. They must also follow all of Work One's enrollment requirements prior to beginning theprogram if they choose to use Work One funds.
