Your MBA. Your Way. Customizable education has arrived at Indiana Wesleyan University. The MBA My Way at Indiana Wesleyan University is a unique program that puts the power in your hands. Set your own pace, focus on your industry of interest, and get more flexibility in your coursework. You’ll graduate with a robust portfolio of work to show future employers and gain the industry expertise needed to advance your career. YOU SET THE PACE– Take the standard track (72 weeks) or fast track the program and graduate in less than one year (48 weeks). RELEVANT COURSEWORK– With assignments that focus on real-world projects and scenarios, you’ll graduate ready for the next opportunity. You’ll also have no mid-week due dates, meaning you can complete your coursework each week at a pace you set for yourself. CUSTOMIZATION– Where do your interests lie? The curriculum is designed to help you become an “industry expert” in the area of your choice. The MBA My Way also offers four specializations in healthcare administration, personal financial planning, project management, and school administration. CAREER READINESS– The MBA My Way program is focused on preparing you for advancement opportunities in the workforce. It also builds toward the Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) program at IWU, should you choose to pursue a doctoral degree. Students in the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program design solutions and strategies for complex business problems and opportunities, evaluate personal management capabilities and design a plan for economic growth, and integrate critical analysis with disciplines such as management, accounting, finance, and economics. Students will synthesize ethical standards in decision-making and strategy development, create appropriate communication strategies to achieve organizational goals, and integrate a biblical framework that guides interactions within the business environment and workplace.
