The JobWorks Education and Training Systems (JETS) Retail Management Certification Course will provide students with a high level of understanding of the retail industry by learning the concepts and processes required to successfully run a retail operation. By the end of the course, students will understand the areas of accountability for a retail manager and how the role of the manager impacts the success of the retail business. An overview of Lean Six Sigma White Belt is included to provide students with core Lean concepts that they can apply to the retail floor to increase efficiencies and profitability.
