All instructors must hold the required certifications (A+ and Network+) as well as complete the Eleven Fifty Academy Training program. This ensures both technical competence and instructional skill to have a positive, impactful experience on students.
The Information Technology Part Timeclass is designed to prepare anyone from any background for an entry-level job in Information Technology in a part time setting. Our expert-designed curriculum, flipped classroom pedagogies,and immersive, hands-on learning experiences in this course will enable learners to obtain the industry-standard CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications, which are recognized internationally and by all major employers. Throughout this course, there will be daily Instructor-led training and simulated hands-on lab environments to give you the practice needed to impress future employers. Note the exact scheduling of the labs depends on availability of outside experts and other resources.
Students also must complete a battery of personality and digital literacy assessments to ensure that the boot camp format is the best learning environment for them to succeed.
Application deadlines are typically 2 full weeks before the course starts. This allows time to make sure students are fully prepared to start class on day one.
