A Masters Degree in Nursing Education
Per the Indiana State Department of Health, the Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) Insulin Administration Education Module was created to allow QMAs with additional training to assist nurses with insulin administration. This education module is approved to train current and future QMAs in the administration of insulin to residents in Indiana licensed healthcare facilities. The Insulin Administration Education Module must be conducted through an Indiana approved Qualified Medication Aide Training Program by an approved Program Director.
Must have a current active Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) license and be in good standing on the ISDH registry.
One day prior to the first day of class.
