ALR Educational Health Services Inc. is a licensed Education provider in the State of Indiana and Florida. We are licensed by Indiana State Department of Health ISDH and the Florida Board of Nursing. We currently offer CNA, QMA and Continuing Education Units such as CPR and First Aid. All courses will be taught and are currently taught by a Licensed or Registered nurse per Indiana/Florida Law.
This program is designed to assistindividuals,to draw blood samples from patients using a variety of intrusive procedures in accordance with State and Federal regulations.A student with previous documented lab experience will enable an individual to attend the classroom portion only, which will qualify them to sit for the National Certification. Once the course has been complete per state and federal guidelines student will receive a certificate of completion (Phlebotomy Technician). Cost Include: Tuition, TB Test, Background Check, Drug Screen, Uniform (optional), Lab Fees, CPR/FA Course, Books, App Fee, Phlebotomy venipuncture lab kit.
Prerequisites:The student must have:A. High school diploma, GED, or in pursuit of a High school DiplomaB. Proof of Hepatitis B virus series or Signed Declination FormC. This course will be offered quarterly. The application deadline will be one week prior to the start of the course.
