The Program Director is the only employee currently and she holds a Masters Degree in Nursing. Once enrollment increases more employees will be hired and the minimum credentials held will be Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs).
The Nursing Assistant Training program is designed to provide education to individuals on the basic fundamentals of nursing care. These tasks include providing hands-on care under the direction of a Registered Nurse.Due to the coronavirus, 67% of this program will now be offered online.
Applicants must be 18 years of age. Applicants must have a personal interview with school personnel. Applicants must possess a valid drivers license or State ID. Applicants must pass a Background check/screening Applicants must have a current TB test Health clearance signed by a Healthcare provider State Test Fess are included in credentialing costs
