Qualifications for Faculty All members of the Hope Training Academy teaching faculty shall possess the following minimum qualifications:(A)A four year degree from an approved institution; or (B)A two year degree from an approved institution in a related major area they are assigned to teach; or(C)Practical experience of not less than two years in the major area they are assigned to teach; and(D)In addition, knowledge of the educational literature in the field, of the methods and techniques of handling industrial, commercial and occupational/vocational training. Instructors teaching class also required to hold the equivalent certification(s) as being instructed.
Professionals in the field of business accounting are highly sought after. The Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant works with professional accounting staff and management team members in recording, reconciling and auditing accounting data. This course is designed to prepare students for an entry level position in the business environment.The goal of the Business Accounting Bookkeeping Course is to help the student gain the knowledge, professionalism and employability skills necessary to obtain employment in the field of business accounting. Objectives will include studying and applying a wide range of Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) and Quickbooks financial knowledge. Successful students will have the knowledge covering Microsoft Exceland Quickbooks and will receive a minimum of 2(two) industry certifications.
All programs are open to those who can benefit from the training offered by Hope Training Academy. Prospective students are invited to visit the school orientation and discuss their training needs, career goals and objectives with our staff. A student's ability to benefit from specific courses is determined by interviewing and assessment testing.
