This course teaches students safe and sound maintenance pratices, preventative and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting and analysis as well as corrective maintenance practices. IMT's are multi-skilled individuals whose expertise is primarily mechanical in nature. Course topics include: Basic Electricity, Electrical Motor Controls, Hydraulics and Pneumatics, Programmable Logic Controllers and Industrial Mechanics. This course prepares students to sit for the NIMS Electrical SystemsCertification exam.
