Our faculty members have combined over 50 yrs. of experience. Our faculty has a minimum of an associate's or baccalaureate degree with experience and certifications in a variety of It-areas. Other credentials include certification with a minimum of 3yrs. experience in the area of instruction they will be providing.
The A+ Training Program prepares students for entry into the professional IT-dynamic so that they can work as an integral part of the technical support It-team in the areas of software applications and trouble shooting and repair of computers. This training program also prepares the Certified A+-technician to function as a help desk specialist also and the student/technician is also prepared to matriculate and prepare for advancement to more complex trainings such as Network+, Security+, and Server+, among other It- Training paths.
A student will have the ability to work both independently and as a team member and they should operate with the understanding that they are a valued project/company member.
Student enrollment is open and the online-classes start every 6 weeks.
