Indiana Tech's Construction Management Undergraduate Certificate program provides students with the knowledge and skills required to become a leader in the construction profession. It is designed to enhance skills in every stage of the construction process, from concept to completion. Students will learn about estimating, scheduling, contracts, operations and more.

Includes instruction in commercial, residential, mechanical, highway/heavy civil, electrical, environmental, industrial, and specialty construction; facilities management; project planning; budgeting and cost control; logistics and materials management; personnel management and labor relations; site safety; construction contracting; construction processes and techniques; organization and scheduling; and applicable codes and regulations.
