Qualifications of Instructors:

For the Related Instruction, the instructor will be either a RN or LPN with long term care experiences that has been certified through ISDH. For the Work Process Schedule, mentor will be either a RN, LPN or Journey Level CNA.

Program Description:

Apprenticeship program that allows CNA trainees to become Journey Level CNAs. Program combines CNA certification along with 2000 hours of working as a CNA.

Prerequisites Description:

Aprrentice must be physically capbable of performing the essential functions of the apprenticeship program. Applicant will pass a physical exam, mantoux testings, and chest x-ray. Criminal background and drug screening will be conducted.
