Our program faculty are registered nurses in the State of Indiana. With over 30 years working as licensed nurses including long term care services. They have completed a course in teaching adults which is approved by ISDH. The Program Operations Administrator has over 5 years of healthcare administration experience and over 8 years working as an HR professional.
Our program consists of classroom, clinical/lab experiences. We have a fully equipped simulated lab for students to practice, and provide materials and resources to ensure program participants ace their exams, launch and grow their careers in healthcare. Classes are taught by licensed and experienced registered nurses with a passion to empower the next generations of leaders. Our program and curriculum have been approved by the Indiana Department of Health. Our program offers career and leadership development (soft skills training) to participants. At the end of the program, participants will have a resume, cover letter, and career toolkit.
Students have to be able to pass an entrance assessment which consists of basic math and reading questions.Background checks are required. Must pass drug test, TB test and Physical.
Applications are due 2 weeks prior to program start date.
