All staff meet the academic and/or Subject Matter Expertise criteria for Early Education and adult learning practices. Faculty conduct national credential Early Childcare Competency based learning to led to Early Childhood Educator profession, criteria set forth by Council for Professional Recognition and local early childhood education workforce registry.
The Early Education Career Institute US DOL Registered Apprenticeship for Occupation Early Childhood Educator Apprenticeship: Our program is a U.S. Department of Labor registered apprenticeship supporting the needs of individuals seeking to obtain or maintain employment in Early Childhood Education. Individuals enrolled participate in paid on the job training and obtain a nationally recognized credential leading them into the workforce as industry high wage earners. Participants of apprenticeship may dually enroll in a non-traditional education pathway while obtaining a college recognized certificate program earning 21 college credit equivalency in specialization to work with children birth through 8 years of age.
