All instructors have succesfully completed the State Department CNA Instructor Training, is a licensed LPN or RN, and provided support through Rise Up Academy.
This program will provide an opportunity for an individuals looking to get a headstart in heatlhcare to not only become a certified nursing assistant, but also to obtain a certificate for completing a federally registered apprenticeship program.
An apprentice must be at least 16 years old unless applicable law requires a higher age. Must omplete an onsite interview, drug screen and background check to meet compliance with state and federal regulations.
Applications Deadlines will be two weesk prior to the apprenticeship starting.
