The program faculty have a minimum of 3 years of management experience in the related field, and a minimum of 5 years of work experience. The instructors are familiar and preferably certified in the same certifications as our Apprentices will be working towards.
The purpose of this 12-month apprenticeship is to provide a comprehensive training designed to equip apprentices with the essential skills and knowledge required to excel in application design, configuration, and implementation within the ServiceNow platform. Through Related Technical Instruction (RTI), apprentices will develop proficiency in key areas such as JavaScript basics, ServiceNow (SN) scripting, fundamentals of business analysis, and specialized implementation within ServiceNow in focus areas of their choice including IT Service Management, Strategic Portfolio Management, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). Our training is delivered in a hands-on approach in order to facilitate the application of the new skills and knowledge in the workplace.
For job seekers, the coaching includes job preparedness to identify a job, resume development, and build their engineering. The coaching is facilitated to prepare the job seeker/learner’s resume, and develop communication skills to effectively communicate and present their portfolio to their future employer.
18 years of age or older except where a higher age is required by law. Must be employed to learn an apprenticeable occupation. Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. A two or four year degree is preferred.
