Program Description:

This course will prepare students for the Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification exam. Throughout this course, students will explore and understand the define phase, the measure phase, the analyze phase, patterns of variation, inferential statistics, hypothesis testing, the improve phase, regression, the control phase, and more.

This course will prepare students for the Certified Logistics Associate (CLA) certification exam. This course will teach students about the global supply chain logistics life cycle, the logistics environment, material handling equipment, safety principles, quality control principles, workplace communications, and more.

This course will prepare students for the Certified Logistics Technician (CLT) certification exam. This course will teach students about product receiving, product storage, order processing, packaging and shipping, inventory control, dispatch and tracking, and more.

Includes instruction in acquisitions and purchasing, inventory control, storage and handling, just-in-time manufacturing, logistics planning, shipping and delivery management, transportation, quality control, resource estimation and allocation, and budgeting.

Prerequisites Description:

Applicants must have a high school diploma, GED (Graduate Educational Development) or a homeschool state issued certificate to be accepted into Medcertify.com. This can be evidenced by a copy of the high school diploma, a transcript, official GED certificate, or a signed attestation.
