Prerequisites Description:

Please enter selection procedures for each occupation for which sponsor intends to train apprentices:
1) Post Apprentice Position
2) Screen applicants. Apprenticeship is open to any existing Raybestos Powertrain
employee with 720 hours of service. (Waivers of the 720 Hours will be considered on a case-by-case basis).
3) Existing Employees must have less than 3 attendance points to be considered.

4) Candidates will be interviewed for their fit with our 4-year program - including desire to participate in the formal schooling requirements.
5) Candidates must pass the Bennett Mechanical Comprehension Aptitude Test within 3 attempts with a score of 70% or higher.
6) Those that pass move forward to an interview.
7) Best applicant is selected for the role.
