Class and Clinical Instructor must be an RN BSN or above with 3 years of experience in the medical field as an RN. Active state RN license without issues or discipline. Pass background check, drug screen and meet all medical requirements per clinical site.
This is a 5-week program offered in day and evening formats to educate and train students to work as nurse aides in a variety of healthcare settings. Upon completion, students will be registered to take their state license exam with IVY Tech and upon passing will gain their Nurse Aide state License.
Students will meet standards including clean background check, clean drug test, physical, tb test and immunizations. English and math test will be given as part of admission per state requirements.
