The CDL Class A, 160-Hour Program with permit preparation is a comprehensive training course designed for individuals seeking to enter the trucking industry. This program provides 40 hours of classroom instruction focused on permit preparation, covering general knowledge, air brakes, and combination vehicles, followed by 120 hours of hands-on, instructor-led training. Students will gain practical experience in pre-trip inspections, yard maneuvers, and road driving, preparing them to operate Class A commercial vehicles safely and confidently. With flexible scheduling options and unlimited road test attempts, this program ensures that graduates are fully prepared to pass their CDL exam and secure high-demand positions in the transportation industry.
Must have a valid driver’s license. Indiana residents must be 18 or older to enroll. All other state applicants must be 21 or older.
