Program Description:

The objective is to help early childhood educators earn the Childhood Development Associate® certification. Early childhood education course with the objective of helping employees begin preparing for the Childhood Development Associate® certification. Adult education & literacy training will help employees develop the reading and language skills they need for professional writing skills needed as early childhood educators.

13.1210 Early Childhood Education and Teaching A program that prepares individuals to teach students ranging in age from infancy through eight years (grade three), depending on the school system or state regulations. Includes preparation to teach all relevant subject matter.

Students could also be working toward obtaining their HSE. Students also have to be employed at an early child care facility.
