This Customer Service & Administrative Support Training Program equips students with real-world skills for today's in-demand customer service jobs. Through a blend of hands-on practice, virtual learning, and self-paced modules, students gain confidence in professional communication, computer skills, and client interaction. The program focuses on real-time customer support, call center etiquette, email response techniques, CRM platforms, and problem-solving. Graduates will be prepared to enter office support roles across industries like healthcare, retail, hospitality, and virtual call centers.
Students must be 16 years of age or older and have basic reading, writing, and computer navigation skills. No high school diploma or prior work experience is required. Individuals with customer service experience or interest in entry-level administrative roles are encouraged to apply. Applicants must complete an orientation and sign a training agreement before starting.
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. New cohorts begin twice per month. Seats are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Students are encouraged to apply at least one week before their desired start date to complete onboarding.
