Master’s degree or MBA (preferred) for lead instructors, especially for advanced modules or program oversight.

PMP (Project Management Professional) – PMI certification preferred for lead instructors.
CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) – acceptable for adjunct or supporting instructors.
Agile or Scrum Certification – optional but highly recommended, e.g., PMI-ACP, ScrumMaster.
3?? Professional Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of practical project management experience in relevant industries (construction, IT, healthcare, manufacturing, or business operations).
Demonstrated experience in:
Managing budgets, timelines, and project scope
Leading cross-functional teams
Using project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, or equivalent)
Implementing Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
4?? Teaching or Training Competency
Experience teaching adult learners or professionals in project management or business courses.
Training of Trainers (TOT) certification preferred to ensure effective instruction.
Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills to translate theory into practical application.
