Certified Quality Manager (CQM)
Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)
ISO 9001 Lead Auditor
HACCP Certification (for food-related programs)

Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in quality assurance, quality control, or compliance management
Demonstrated experience in:
Implementing and managing Quality Management Systems (QMS)
Conducting audits and inspections
Applying ISO, GMP, or HACCP standards
Leading QA teams and continuous improvement initiatives
4?? Teaching or Training Competency
Experience teaching or mentoring adult learners or workforce participants in QA or related operational roles
TOT (Training of Trainers) certification preferred for workforce programs
Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills to translate technical compliance and quality concepts into actionable workplace practices
