Program faculty are required to hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Project Management, or a closely related field. Instructors must also have at least three (3) years of professional experience in project management, operations, or program coordination. Industry-recognized project management credentials such as CAPM, PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications are preferred
The Project Management Fundamentals program is a six-week workforce training designed to prepare participants for entry-level project coordination and support roles across multiple industries. The program provides hands-on instruction in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication, while introducing participants to both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. Participants apply learned skills through practical exercises and a capstone project that mirrors real-world workplace scenarios, ensuring they graduate with job-ready, transferable project management competencies.
