Program Description:

This program will provide work-based learning opportunities to develop the skills necessary to work within the advanced manufacturing environment of the modern manufacturing sector. This program will also provide certification opportunities through nationally recognized Smart Automation Certification Alliance (SACA) certifications. These certifications and the accompanying on-the-job training while working for Lippert will position these team members to grow a career within the advanced manufacturing sector, such as Electrical and Electronics Engineering Technicians and Industrial Manufacturing Production Technician.
