The Practical Nursing Diploma Program at Gifted Hands Academy Allied Health Institute is a 12-month, 1,300-clock-hour nursing education program designed to prepare students for entry-level practical nursing practice. Through classroom instruction, nursing laboratory experiences, simulation training, and supervised clinical practice, students develop the competencies necessary to provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care across the lifespan.
The curriculum emphasizes evidence-based nursing practice, patient safety, clinical judgment, leadership, communication, and professional accountability. Graduates will be eligible to apply for the National Council Licensure Examination for Practical Nurses (NCLEX-PN) and pursue licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
