Training staff must have the required education and experience to appropriately teach the program content. Examples of education and experience include, but are not limited to, certificates and/or degrees from postsecondary institutions; certifications from industry-recognized agencies, and practical work experience in, or in a field closely related to, the career fields the program prepares students to enter. MedCerts confirms each training staff member’s academic background and work experience to ensure they are qualified to teach in the program.
The HI-1200 Medical Front Office Administration Specialist program is designed to equip students with the skills necessary to provide excellent administrative support in an office environment and the knowledge to achieve the Certi?ed Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA) certi?cation. Students will be provided comprehensive training that will prepare them for entry into employment within the Medical Office ?elds.
This program provides training in areas including Medical Office Procedures and Administration, Medical Office Computer Applications, and administrative computer functions and procedures. Upon completion of the program, students will be taught the skills necessary to be successful in the areas of Medical Office Administration, and the knowledge to achieve the Certi?ed Medical Administrative Assistant certi?cation (CMAA), increasing their marketability in the ?eld and allowing for greater ?exibility in their career path.
