51.3801 Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse A program that generally prepares individuals in the knowledge, techniques and procedures for promoting health, providing care for sick, disabled, infirmed, or other individuals or groups. Includes instruction in the administration of medication and treatments, assisting a physician during treatments and examinations, Referring patients to physicians and other health care specialists, and planning education for health maintenance.

Prerequisites Description:
*Proof of graduation with a minimum CGPA of 2.75 on a 4.0 scale from a chamberlain recognized High School or an institution accredited by either a regional accrediting agency or an agency recognized by the Council for Higher Education. Applicants who have attended other colleges and have earned at least 24 credit hours, excluding developmental courses, with a CGPA of 2.75 or higher may also be considered by the admissions committee.
*A minimum custom score of 73 on the A2 Admissions Assessment test.
*GED scores of 551 or above if taken between 2002-2013 or a minimum score of 600 if taken after 2013.
