Qualifications of Instructors:

A full- or part-time faculty member in the PN program must meet all of the following criteria:

Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Registered Nurse for full-time faculty or minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse for part-time faculty and,
Possesses a current, unencumbered Indiana Registered Nurse license, and
All faculty shall hold Bachelor’s degrees in nursing from a regionally accredited institution

Program Description:

The course provides a comprehensive review of medical-surgical nursing, pharmacology, dosage calculations, clinical nursing skills and techniques, and a clinical practicum in pre-selected hospitals. LPN Nurse Refresher also provides an opportunity for former LPNs to review, learn, and practice in a non-threatening environment enabling the student to progress towards contemporary nursing practice.

Students earn a Certificate of Completion.
