The Certified Logistics Associate (CLA) is the foundational-level certificate within MSSC¿s credentialing system.
RecycleForce¿s CLA program is set in our 81,000-square foot recycling warehouse, where we offer comprehensive electronic waste recycling services to Indianapolis residents and corporate partners.
The program will cover the basics of safety in a warehouse setting, with a focus on all major OSHA 1910 certifications. Once participants are prepared to work safely, they will gain hands-on experience in the warehouse developing a range of skills including: material handling, quality control, order management, etc.
The culmination of the program will be completion of the MSSC CLA assessment, which covers all these topics, in addition to basic workplace readiness (e.g. teamwork, problem solving, etc.)
