Faculty must be certified in Quickbooks and have industry experience working in bookkeeping an accounting roles.
This course provides individuals with an overview of commonly understood and applied concepts and practices in accounting and bookkeeping within businesses, nonprofits and organizations across allsectors. Through the coursework, in addition to understanding common practices, students will learn how to apply Quickbooks and Excel platforms to manage organizational accounts receivable and payable, payroll, and budgets. Certification provides organizations with confidence that an individual has a thoroughunderstanding of necessary concepts and practical skills to manage them through an understanding of appropriate software functionality.

Application deadline is one week prior to the start of each class session.
A portion of our students are referred to our program by other industry partners with well-defined eligibility requirements. We also have individuals and organizations that provide scholarships to eligible students for tuition costs. Finally, our 501c3 foundation raises funds to provide scholarships to students. We conform to well-defined industry guidelines to determine who should receive financial aid. Eligibility is determined by in-person interviews, application, and basic testing.
