All members of the program faculty shall possess the following minimum credentials: A four (4) year degree from an approved institution in the major area they are assigned to teach; or a two (2) year degree from an approved institution in the major area they are assigned to teach; or practical experience of not less than two (2) years in the major area they are assigned to teach; and knowledge of the educational literature in the field of the methods and techniques of handling industrial, commercial, and occupational/vocational training.

Prerequisites: Admission is based on WorkOne or WorkIndiana eligibility requirements OR grant requirements, as specified. Candidate must have a commitment to the pursuit of excellence. Must have completed or be in process of completing a high school equivalency, diploma or similar education standards. Basic computer skills are required. Co-Requisites: Violent, sexual, fraud, forgery, and identity theft convictions are not permitted. Other convictions must be at least five (5) years old and will be accepted on a case-by-case basis.

Applications must be submitted two (2) weeks minimum before the next scheduled class session. Program acceptance will be confirmed two (2) to five (5) days before the first day of class.
