Program Description:
The Truck Drving Refresher Program is designed for the Class A or Class B Driver who needs to upgrade their skills or to re-obtain their commercial license. Oneor more years of driving experience within the previous three five years is prefered, but each student will be assessed to understand their skill level to develop a training plan. The training consists of a minimum of 20 to 80 hours of one on one instruction covering: Pre-Trip Inspection, Backing Maneuvers and Road Instruction. Additionally the training can be tailored to the needof the student to allow the training to be focused on the highest area of need.

Includes instruction in operating gas, diesel, or electrically-powered vehicles; loading and unloading cargo or passengers; reporting delays or accidents on the road; verifying load against shipping papers; arranging transportation for personnel; and keeping records of receipts and fares.
