Lean Gold is a systematic, continuous improvement approach which drives value to the customer through flow improvement and by eliminating unnecessary or non-value added processes. It takes the student through: Introduction to Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen, 3P (Production Preparation Process), Cell Manufacturing, Jidoka and other processes to helpidentify waste while streamlining operations and improving cash flow within the organization.
