Qualifications of Instructors:
The program faculty have a minimum of 3 years of management experience in the Cloud Computing field, and a minimum of 5 years of work experience. The instructors are familiar and preferably certified in the same certifications as our Bootcamp learners will be working towards.
Program Description:
2000 hours of on-the-job-learning is completed in conjunction with 144 hours of related training and coaching for performance. Technical topics taught in the apprenticeship include: intermediate Linux, intermediate Python, IT project management, cloud computing architect with AWS, Microsoft SQL and database, and fundamentals of IT support (such as computer networking, operating systems, system administration, and basics of cybersecurity). Topics included in soft skills coaching are mindset for success, productivity/time management, SMART goal-setting, communications, emotional intelligence, teamwork conflict management, critical thinking problem solving, and more. This basic apprenticeship program is designed for candidates with limited IT relevant training and experience. The courses and the curriculum are designed to build foundational competencies and support the acceleration beyond a one-year entry-level role.

11.1001 Network and System Administration/Administrator A program that prepares individuals to manage the computer operations and control the system configurations emanating from a specific site or network hub. Includes instruction in computer hardware and software and applications; local area (LAN) and wide area (WAN) networking; principles of information systems security; disk space and traffic load monitoring; data backup; resource allocation; and setup and takedown procedures.

18 years of age or older except where a higher age is required by law. Must be employed to learn an apprenticeable occupation. Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. A two or four year degree is preferred.
