Three Kingdoms Construction Building Maintenance Trade Apprenticeship course teaches students basic skills in carpentry, building maintenance, repair, plumbing, and some electrical. The course content will prepare students for entry-level employment or continuing their education in a post-secondary program.
46.0401 Building/Property Maintenance A program that prepares individuals to apply technical knowledge and skills to keep a building functioning, and to service a variety of structures including commercial and industrial buildings and mobile homes. Includes instruction in the basic maintenance and repair skills required to service building systems, such as air conditioning, heating, plumbing, electrical, major appliances, and other mechanical systems.
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Individuals looking to apply should be at least 18 years of age, able to follow directions, and have some basic math skills.
Classes are ongoing and no deadlines are assessed.
