The Receptionist Apprenticeship program is a 6-month program that offers applicants in-depth training to serve as the interface between a company and its customers as well as the management and employees. Apprentices will work with a high-level professional to learn the basic skills, the ability to stay level-headed during moments of stress and be both friendly and effective communicators.
