The human resource manager is a key part of the strategic success of an organization. From recruitment, to management and direction of people, to compensation and benefits, performance and workplace health and safety considerations, the human resource manager has responsibility to the organization and the people employed within that organization. The human resource manager is an essential partner in an organization's development and execution of an organizational strategy. At Trine University, the human resource management major concentrates on all areas of business and learns in depth processes necessary for successful human resource management.
Evidence of graduation from accredited high school or acceptable score on the General Education Development (GED) exam. * Transfer students (Any student with college credit from another institution) must submit transcripts from ALL postsecondary schools attended.* Undergraduate applicants with a high school and/or college cumulative grade point average of 2.5 or better will be given priority admission to the school. Students under a 2.5 grade point average are reviewed for conditional admission.
Rolling admissions, applications can be accepted up to the start of the semester/term. There are six entry points in an academic year.
