Program Description:
The objective of the CBP course is to prepare adults for success. While they are preparing for a high school credential, adult learners will have the opportunity to gain workplace skills. The purpose of the CBP course is to: Improve academic skills in preparation for TASC, post-secondary education, and workforce training Enhance employability skills needed for workplace success Train adult learners in customer service for career success

Includes instruction in user interfaces and user behavior, principles of hardware and software systems operation, customer interaction skills, telephone and e-mailing skills, data entry, and database and Internet searching and retrieval.
